okay, ladies, here's the deal. sometimes it really helps me when she answers the questions right after we answer them (sometimes it's a little annoying). I have learned not to look ahead, so I can try to figure it out for myself first...anyway, today of course, she totally listed all the reasons not to judge others (it clarified some points for me, but some of my answers were exactly the same as hers) so I really don't see any point in me repeating them here. I will answer the other two questions.
David wanted to be judged by God not men. He was distressed by the very idea of falling into his enemies' hands.
In light of the 11 reasons, this verse says to me that God is the only righteous and fair judge. Also the "golden rule" applies here, I think. I don't want others to judge me harshly, so I better not do it to them!
How is everyone enjoying this book? I'm just curious. The author seems to really have studied deeply and is giving me a lot to ponder...of course, she sure shows me how much I have to work on in my attitude and actions!

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience...
Done for today.
I'm enjoying it, Ann. It always seems like whatever I'm studying is timely -- almost as if God knows what I need before I ask! :)
