1. The gospel:
-provides the hope of heaven
-is the word of truth
-came to the Colossians and in all
the world
-brings forth fruit
-helps us know the grace of God in
truth
-is taught by faithful ministers
of Christ

2. The important element of the gospel's message, according to I Cor. 15:1-4:
-Christ died for our sins,
according to the Scriptures
-He died
-He rose again the third day
(again) according to Scripture

3. Once they have received the true gospel, they are to:
-hold fast the word
-continue in the faith, grounded
and steadfast
-not be moved away from the hope of
the gospel

4. "Summing up" the message of Col. 2:6-7:
You were taught the gospel, and you received it (accepted, believed), so keep striving to have deep roots in Jesus; continue to grow and flourish in Him.

OK, this is a bit picky and I know it was probably a typo, but did you mean in #2, second point, that Christ was buried? Of COURSE you did. :)
