It was nice to have a couple of posts yesterday! Welcome back, Sarah. I'm looking forward to a new day with new adventures and yes, challenges. I'm glad you are all with me.
hi all. done for today--lesson today is focusing on letting go of pain from the past, all the while remembering lessons learned and being ready to help someone else going through the same situation. Definitely something I have been through in a few different ways and was helped through by someone who emailed me encouraging words (i still have the emails and read them from time to time), listened to me bawl my eyes out on her couch, helped me see the responsibilities I had and loved me and my family through it. Although of course I never want someone else to go through terrible times, I hope that in the future i would be able to help much in the same way as I was helped.
