What a beautiful day so far! I've already been out in the garden for a while and am almost done watering. It's going to be a scorcher today - a good day to spend the afternoon inside for people like me who prefer cooler weather or don't have a pool. Keep me posted on your studying progress!

Read Jer. 26-29. Some comments:
26:3 - God is still hopeful that the people will listen and repent - and He will be able to relent. At least He is providing another opportunity for them to do it.
28:6 - I was surprised to see Jeremiah agree (Amen) with Hananiah - but I now am thinking he is being sarcastic.
28:10 Jeremiah was told by God to were a yoke under the reign of Jehokim (sp is wrong I know) but he is still wearing it in the fourth year of Zedekiah (v1). I never realized he wore it than long.
